1. What is your return policy? Due to the nature of our on-demand printing, we are unable to process returns. If you have received an incorrect size or item, we will be more than happy to provide you with a return mailing label and have the correct item shipped to you promptly. 

2. How can I track my order? Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number on our "Order Tracking" page.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods to provide convenience and security for our customers. You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your financial information is protected.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed for shipping.

5. What sizes are available for your apparel? Our apparel comes in a wide range of sizes to suit various body types. To find the perfect fit for you, refer to our size chart located on each product page. The chart provides measurements and corresponding sizes to help you make an informed decision.

6. How long will it take to receive my order? We print orders on demand. We do this to reduce waste and provide you with as many items as possible. Because of this, every order will have a lead time of anywhere from 3 - 10 days to receive. Typically orders will take 3-5 days to print and then another 3-5 days for delivery. 

7. How do I receive my yard signs for Booster Club Membership? Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with additional information to complete your order, including the printed last name, jersey number and more. 

9. Is my personal information secure on your website? Absolutely! We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Our website uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data during transmission. For more information, please review our privacy policy.
